The Revenue & Assessment Services is currently recruiting for the right person to fill an 8-month term position for a Property Assessment Technician who will provide support and assistance to Assessment section in the completion of recurring valuation cycle tasks. It requires understanding and experience with system integrations and ability to collect multi-source data for the purposes of assessment valuation.

What we offer:

High School Diploma plus a two-year, post-secondary diploma in Office / Business Administration or Property Appraisal / Assessment from a recognize college or technical institute, or equivalent
Two or more years of administrative experience and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Experience in assessment / appraisal field would be an asset
