Manager of Human Resources
We are seeking a dynamic individual who will provide leadership, guidance, support and knowledge in all aspects of human resources management. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Services and will provide direction, leadership and mentoring within the department. If you are involved with daily human resource activities and development, maintain attributes to be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture and enjoy working closely with all levels of an organization, we encourage you to consider joining our management team.
To be successful in this position you will hold a Designation from the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Alberta (CPHR) or other like provincial institution and have completed a University certification in Human Resource Management (diploma/degree). A minimum of ten years leadership and human resource generalist experience is preferred.

You also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your experience will be evident in your ability to see a need for human resource programs and to advise and assist employees and management in all areas of employee relations.
