Key Responsibilities Include:
The Legislative Services Assistant will work as part of the Legislative Services team to provide administrative and clerical support to Council as well as several of the County’s Boards, Committees and Tribunals. In addition, the Legislative Services team is responsible for maintenance of the County’s website and social media communications.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and professionalism including strong oral and written communications skills. The candidate must have effective problem-solving abilities, time management and above average organizational skills.
