- Certificate or diploma in Legal Administration, Business or equivalent is required.
- Three to five years’ administrative experience in an office environment working with FOIP, records management and/or legal experience is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Above average writing skills and proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) are required.
- Knowledge of the Municipal Government Act (MGA) and FOIP Act is required.
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, diplomacy and tact in dealing with internal and external parties, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment when required.
- Possession of a valid Alberta driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.

Rate of Pay: $58,816 to $73,520 per annum.
Hours of Work: 7 hours/day; 35 hours/week.
