Parkland County has a temporary, full-time position for a Legal Services Coordinator working approximately November 2022 to January 2024. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Services and working closely with Parkland County’s external Legal Counsel, the Legal Services Coordinator provides legal file support through the preparation and review of correspondence, calendar and records management and general administrative support. The Legal Services Coordinator leads Parkland County’s corporate records management program and serves as the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Coordinator which involves working with external parties and internal staff to fulfill access to information requests and ensuring proper procedures for the collection, use, access and disclosure of corporate information.
This position offers a competitive total rewards package including:
- Competitive salary based on education and experience (range is $59,408 to $74,260 per annum) based on a 7 hours per day; 35 hours per week schedule
