- Minimum Grade 12 plus the completion of an accredited post-secondary IT or computer science program. A recognized IT designation or equivalent is desirable
- Minimum one (1) year experience in the Information Technology field, preferably in the public sector
- Fluency in supporting Windows 10/11 in a networked corporate environment
- Experience in troubleshooting printers both networked and directly connected
- Must be able to lift and maneuver devices up to 55 lbs., comfortable working with ladders and rooftops on occasion
- First rate communication skills: written and verbal skills, strong public relation skills, organization abilities and proven attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and initiative.
- PowerShell, Scripting Languages, SQL Databases, GIS, particularly ESRI software; administering SharePoint, Office 365
- Proficient with iOS devices and managing them with MDM (Intune or CISCO)
- Programming languages such as python, or C#; troubleshooting application errors
- Upon commencement, the successful candidate will provide a Criminal Records Check
