- High-school graduation supplemented by post-secondary course work in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a Human Resources environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to quickly adapt to new programs.
- Previous experience using an HRIS system would be considered an asset.
- Possession of a valid Alberta driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
