Key Responsibilities Include:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, and working collaboratively within the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Advisor will act as a generalist to help plan, develop, implement, and evaluate Human Resource strategies, policies, projects, and programs.
In this role you will be collaboratively engaging with diverse and talented professionals in decision-making and lead a variety of Human Resources initiatives throughout the organization. As a solid team player, and strategic thinker, you contribute to the overall success of the HR team with the ability to successfully implement change.
Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who also possesses:
Bachelor’s degree with CPHR designation preferred, other related education and experience may be considered
Minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources
A valid class 5 driver’s license (or from the province you reside in) and satisfactory driving record
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, as well as interpersonal and critical thinking skills and abilities.
Analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
A high level of integrity and confidentiality
Prior experience with implementation of HRIS systems and modules is an asset

Job analysis and classification
Performance review processes and employee development
Psychological health and safety

Data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
