Key Responsibilities Include:
Parkland County has casual and temporary, part-time positions available for Gatehouse Attendants from approximately mid-May to mid-September 2021. Under the general supervision of the Parks & Cemeteries Foreman, these positions are responsible for the overall control and management of the boat launch at Jackfish Lake. Duties include but are not limited to tracking facility use, collecting parking fees, ensuring users are parking and utilizing the launch and facilities appropriately, monitoring amenities for cleanliness, stocking supplies and answering public inquiries.
