Fitness Attendant

If we’ve caught your attention, you should know we’re currently recruiting for a casual Fitness Attendant for the Leduc Recreation Centre. Casual - 10 to 20 hours/week
Hours vary. Evening and weekend shifts availability required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Reporting to the Fitness Services Coordinator, this position is responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patrons, on-going monitoring of equipment use and proof of payment to the facility. The Fitness Attendant is also responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility and performs necessary preventative maintenance of fitness equipment.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a High school Diploma with specialized training in related field (CanFitPro, CSEP, NAIT-PFT or AFLCA Resistance Training is an asset). Standard First Aid/CPR-C certificate is required. Require a minimum 3 months experience working with a recreation/fitness centre, preferably in a municipal stetting. Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, evenings and weekends (Saturday/Sunday). The successful candidate will also provide a Criminal Record Check as part of the hiring process.
