Kneehill County has a permanent opportunity available within our Transportation and Facilities Team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
This individual will be responsible for coordinating or performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC systems, plumbing and snow removal. Administrative tasks will include preparation of maintenance budgets, preparing facility assessment reports and further development of the facilities asset management program.
The successful candidate will have technical skills and knowledge of various trades, ensure adherence to quality standards as well as health and safety regulations, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive customer service philosophy. A Journeyman certification in any of the above fields would be considered and asset.
