Competencies:The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in Management, Administration, or Engineering and have at least 10 years supervisory or management experience, preferably in a local government setting; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an asset. Must be well-organized, able to work with applicable legislation, possess applied knowledge, and have curiosity to seek out better ways. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, public, and elected officials is essential.
