- A related post-secondary degree in public or business administration, science, etc. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a senior leadership position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Extensive knowledge of water and wastewater functions, utility engineering practices, applicable legislation and code requirements, and a good understanding of municipal government operations is required;
- Ability to foster and maintain positive, constructive working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders in an open and ethical environment;
We’re seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills and a proven record of working effectively with council, staff, volunteers, boards and committees, and public participation processes.
