Contract Manager

The Westlock Regional Water Services Commission is seeking an experienced firm/company to provide management services on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be strongly devoted to efficient public utility service, innovation and be result driven.

The Commission operates the water treatment plant and transmission lines that serve Westlock County, the Town of Westlock and the Village of Clyde.

Key Responsibilities Include:

The Manager position will provide overall supervision of the operation monitoring the operational and administrative contracts with the Town and Village; work with the Board to develop long-term budgets and financial plans; manage capital projects and advise the Board on Commission matters.

Requirements:

As a key player in our team, the Manager will have the following qualifications:

Experience in water treatment and distribution systems

Experience in working with Boards; and

Experience in managing projects and contracts
