Under the general direction of the Manager of Insurance, the Client Relations Manager supports the marketing and retention activities of the RMA Insurance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for the promotion of all RMA Insurance to current and potential non-profit clients.
Involved in the development and implementation of all marketing and retention plans for all Business Services units
Investigate and research new business opportunities and revenue sources
Responsible implementing the RMA Insurance retention and marketing plan (in applicable territories)
Increase overall awareness and market knowledge
Identify and act upon new market development strategies
Responsible for providing monthly activity reports back to the Manager of Insurance.
Skills and Expertise Required:
Strong business acumen and ability to successfully communicate with multiple groups
High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Proven track record of reaching marketing objectives Experience working with multiple teams on multiple projects Aptitude for dealing with members and suppliers
Strong time management skills
A level 2 Insurance license
A willingness to take on leadership roles Ability to travel (clean drivers abstract)
Preferred business or marketing degree or equivalent training
Marketing or business development experience
Chartered Insurance Professional Designation
Works alongside the Manager of Insurance as well as other employees within the RMA.
