Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in administering and customizing Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, Power Platform, and Office 365.
- Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including creating relationships, calculated columns, and measures using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Experience in connecting Power BI to various data sources, such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud-based services.
- Experience with process automation and optimization using tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong project management skills, including documentation, change management, and status reporting.
- Excellent training and user support skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create comprehensive documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application management, or a similar role.
