- Grade 12 (or an equivalent – GED)
- 2-5 years of parks maintenance experience preferred (a combination of education/experience will be considered
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Must have good physical stamina and strength and be capable of performing demanding physical tasks and working in rain or shine weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively using courtesy, tact and discretion and use good judgement
- This is a designated safety sensitive position and mandatory pre-employment drug testing will be conducted on new hires
- Shift scheduling includes weekdays/rotational weekends (some evenings).
- Related experience that includes supervisory or leadership experience would be an asset
- Overtime work will be expected as a part of this role.
