Qualifications:
- College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Engineering, GIS) from an accredited College or University, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Asset Management Certification and training from a recognized Institute or organization is an asset.
- Project Management experience and/or certification is an asset.
- Five (5) years of previous experience in municipal/public infrastructure asset management, developing and maintaining infrastructure inventory databases, infrastructure condition assessments, lifecycle costing, risk assessment, and/or infrastructure renewal costing and priority setting.
- Proficiency in the field of information management systems (i.e. asset management systems, GIS applications).
- Must be professional and reliable with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Office.
- A valid class 5 driver's license is required.
Salary: $86,486.09-$104,781.99 per year
