YOUNGSTOWN: The Special Areas Board requires a temporary full-time maternity leave employee for the Youngstown Office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Reporting to the Youngstown Office Manager, this position provides clerical support to the office manager, supervisors and staff. Duties include data entry and preparation of Request for Proposal/Quotation packages, deposits, expense claims, reports, letters and memos, tracking and coding invoices. This position is responsible for assisting with reception, answering telephones, filing and other office related duties as required.
The successful candidate needs to enjoy a busy, dynamic, and varied work environment and be comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role encompasses working with varied stakeholders, from ratepayers to professionals. Being approachable and friendly, while maintaining a professional environment is key.
QUALIFICATIONS - Post Secondary Secretarial/Administration education is desirable; and related office experience is required. Computer experience and familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Excellent communication skills and organizational skills are essential and must be able to work independently. Equivalencies will be considered. This is a bondable position and we will require a criminal record check.
