Administrative Support III – Youngstown Service Centre Comp #30096
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and punctual person to fill an administrative role on our team. Working under the direction of the Youngstown Office Manager, the ideal candidate will be highly responsible, experienced in spreadsheets, timeline tracking and general accounting functions, posses a strong sense of integrity and technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities Include:
The successful candidate will play an active role in providing clerical service for the office manager, Superintendent of Roads and Equipment and staff of the Youngstown Service Centre. The administrative duties emphasize the efficiency of the operation in areas where there is an overload at certain seasons of the year.
Key Duties:
- Clerical support to the Office Manager, supervisors, and staff
- Back up for reception, telephones and timesheet entry
- Data Entry – receipting and invoicing
- Administrative Support for Pipeline Crossing Agreements
- Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) packages
- General Office duties including preparation of Bank Deposits
- Preparation of letters, memos, reports and expense claims
- Entering of inventory data
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalent; supplemented with Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Administration/Office experience preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of SharePoint and One Drive
- First rate communication skills: written and verbal skills, strong public relation skills, organization abilities and proven attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and initiative
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- Upon commencement, the successful candidate will provide a Criminal Records Check

Salary Range: • Annual salary starting at $50,295 to $60,242 depending upon experience and education
Position Type: Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm – 40-hour work week
