- Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalent
- Post-secondary education, preferably in business administration is considered an asset
- 2+ years of Administration experience preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of SharePoint and One Drive
- First rate communication skills: written and verbal skills, strong public relation skills, organization abilities and proven attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and initiative
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with SPIN2 and CORES is an asset, as well as familiar with Land Titles Procedures
- Upon commencement, the successful candidate will provide a Criminal Records Check
