Key Responsibilities Include:
Parkland County has a temporary, part-time position available for an Administrative Assistant working within Procurement Services until December 2022. Reporting to the Supervisor, Procurement Services, the Administrative Assistant will assist with document preparation and records management and will work within the financial system to create and maintain vendor and purchase order records.
This position may be eligible for and/or required to work from home. Candidates will need to be comfortable working in a remote team environment, using virtual communication platforms and will require a stable internet connection.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of administrative experience in an office environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; experience working with Dynamics 365 is considered an asset.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Rate of Pay: $25.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 7 hours/day; 21 hours/week (Tuesday-Thursday)
