The IT department is seeking a Business Services Analyst who will be responsible for providing support to our business units by understanding their needs, processes, challenges, and objectives. In this role, you will leverage your proven relationship building, communication, and business analysis skills to assist in delivering innovative solutions that integrate people, processes, and technology.

- Proven experience in ensuring professional, accurate, and timely communications, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex processes, data, and information to identify patterns and insights to assist in business process improvement.
- Transformational change agent for the organization showing resiliency and flexibility during the change management process.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a two (2) year diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field, from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- One (1) year of business process analysis/improvement experience with a preferred concentration in information technology, program management, business administration, or relevant financial knowledge, preferably in a municipal setting.
- Hold or eligibility to obtain the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. (preferred)
- An equivalent combination of management approved training and experience may be considered.
