Starland County is seeking a highly motivated and intelligent individual to join our team as the Full Stack Web Developer/IT Technician. The County is currently looking to further expand the services offered to our employees and citizens through further developing our own web-based technologies. Our current stack is built on Linux/nginx/Postgresql using the Laravel/Livewire/AlpineJS/TailwindCSS frameworks. We are a small office and so we share responsibilities to cover for each other however, this position will have two primary roles. The majority of time you will be developing and maintaining our web-based systems to manage both private and public data for our employees and citizens. Second is to provide system and network support to our staff. All production servers are fully hosted through 3rd party providers and desktop software is primarily accessed through the cloud.
This full-time permanent position will normally work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. although there may be occasional work outside those hours. The successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal record check and must be bondable. A competitive salary and excellent benefits package are available. Due to the IT technician on-site requirements, this position is not remotely available at this time.
