$80,262.80 - $100,300.20 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Talent Management Coordinator.
Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, this position serves as the subject matter expert on Talent Management specifically related to Recruitment, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, and Organizational Effectiveness. This position is responsible to oversee full-cycle recruitment and provide direct supervision of the recruitment team. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of electronic HR systems, processes and technology such as; applicant tracking, HRIS, and the set-up and maintenance of employee records are critical to advancing the City’s recruitment function.
The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree with a focus in human resource management, or a related field. This position requires 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent management and recruitment practices. Experience overseeing full-cycle recruitment, supervision and, administering HR services is necessary. A CPHR designation will be considered an asset.
The successful candidate must be skilled in written and verbal communications, interpersonal relationships, problem solving, attention to detail, organization and time management, and customer service. The successful candidate must provide a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
