Key Responsibilities Include:
Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, this position works collaboratively with Senior Leadership and key stakeholders across the organization to support and sustain a high performing organization. This position is responsible for consulting with all levels of leadership on corporate initiatives, services, programs and projects. Services include advice, guidance, facilitation and coaching in the areas of change management, employee engagement, project management, process improvement, rewards & recognition, and individual performance and leadership development. This role serves as an organizational change agent and cultural driver, with focus on solutions to develop individuals, teams and overall organizational capacity.
Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources management, or a related degree. CPHR designation is preferred. You will have five years of related Human Resources experience, with at least three years of experience in organizational development and/or project work. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are an essential requirement of this position, along with proficiency in MS Office applications. As the successful candidate, you will also be willing to provide a Criminal Record Check as part of the hiring process.
