Requirements:
We are seeking an advanced skill set in someone who walks the high ground and is collaborative, creative, strategic, a critical thinker, has demonstrated significant organization skills, self-motivated, problem solver, networking, supportive, interpersonal, flexible, and can assess and react appropriately to different situations. You must also possess sound judgment, strong analytical and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, and the ability to work with confidential information. The ability to identify opportunities for connections, emerging issues and solutions that promote rural health is always a strength. You inherently exercise sound judgement and independent decision-making in your work with colleagues in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Ideally, you have university degree in fields such as health sciences, public health, or business, and have 5-10 years of related professional experience. A Masters level education is considered an asset. As a lifelong learner, you are comfortable making presentations and you excel at managing multiple projects at one time.
